At Bestowing the Basics, we believe and recognize that it takes a collective effort amongst us all to achieve our goal of 'filling the need, locally.' Each single act of kindness is the building blocks necessary to the greater impact and influence we build within our community.

Partnerships
Established in 2022, Bestowing the Basics doesn't have it's own, operational building (yet). We use our individual homes and 1 storage unit to run our operations.

The partnerships we've created with local, area businesses have been a true Godsend. They have graciously and kindly opened up their businesses to serve as a drop off site for any donations you wish to make. Collection sites are individually managed and overseed by our volunteers. Donations can be made during business hours, designated by the business owner(s).

Please be courteous of these businesses and their employees. Remember, they are doing this to support our causes. They deserve the utmost respect.
Athol Dollar General - 30161 N Old Highway 95 in Athol
Our friends at Athol Dollar General not only contribute to our weekly deliveries made to our local food bank; but they also house a collection bin housed inside. This allows shoppers to make inexpensive purchases and donations to our cause. You can't miss it - it's black and yellow to match our friends at Dollar General.
Abide Culture Coffee Roasters - 6101 Highway 54 Unit B in Athol
This wonderful business is locally owned and operated by the most precious family. They have supported our efforts in more ways than one. You can drop donations off at their coffee shop during normal business hours. Time it perfectly to get a tasty cup of coffee or tea.
Farragut State Park Visitors Center
Our friends at Farragut State Park have been incredible! After joining our efforts for our Winter Wear Collection Drive, they continued to support us, but allowing us to use there Visitor Center as another drop off location. Time it perfectly when you're visiting Bayview or accessing the gorgeous park!
